Fenella-Jane Miller

Fenella lives in an ancient cottage in acres of Essex woodland that she calls unspoilt and others call an untamed wilderness. Zoë, a Border collie, Tigger an arthritic cat and several chickens share this rural idyll, and, of course, so does her husband. She has two grown up children and two grandchildren

Over the years Fenella has worked as a nanny, a secretary, a cleaner, a restaurateur, an hotelier, a Secondary and Primary teacher but is now, finally, a writer. 

She had held this dream inside throughout the years that she would become a published writer. Her cupboard gradually filled with half-written books, ideas and stories which she never had time to finish. But now Fenella has finally achieved her dream. 

“I write because i has to, I would do it anyway, but knowing that now other people are reading my stories makes all the angst and scribbling worth while.”
